THK Rhythm is Hiring an Assembly Technician Near Sparta, TN
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
- Feed raw material or parts to machines/ load and unload parts
- Inspects machined work pieces to verify conformance to specifications.
- Test operation of machines periodically
- Performs housekeeping to keep neat and orderly.
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
- Provides production or operations support as directed by supervisor or other management.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for eight hours, talk, and hear.
- The employee is required to perform highly repetitive motions.
- The employee frequently is required to walk, use hands to feel or handle, and to reach with hands and arms.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb.
- The employee must frequently lift up to 40 lb.
